INTECaec has served the engineering needs of this 10-story apartment building for almost 20 years. Built in 1941 it has served Washington DC residents and hosted dignitaries including John F. Kennedy.
in recent years it has needed major upgrades. In this occupied-building the work must be done on one apartment tier at a time. That means a stack of units from basement to the 10th floor are renovated at once.
Our job has been to design replacement electrical and plumbing risers and specify new equipment to meet modern requirements and provide tenants with additional utility capacity, dishwashers and to install water source heat pumps in every unit.
