Data Bridge Center - Submersion Server Cooling

Client: Tech Site Services

Team: INTECaec

Year Completed: 2023

Scope of Work: Data Center Server Cooling

Working for Tech Site Services, a specialized contractor serving the data center industry. Most data centers today are cooled with airflow by various means. The latest concept is liquid cooling, which allows for a much higher density of servers to be installed and a much quieter environment. INTECaec assisted in converting one experimental trial space within the Data Bridge center to provide liquid cooling for file servers in an otherwise a traditional air cooled computer center.

Instead of running ductwork or refrigerant piping to serve racks of computer equipment, this installation utilized much smaller but more effective liquid cooled sealed cabinets containing a greater number of servers. And at the same time operating more quietly and in a considerably reduced space, with negligible heat release to the building.
