Brookeville Brewery Farm - Brookeville, MD
INTECaec first worked on this complex in May of 2015 to implement a renovation of their existing building, which brought the facility up to code and provided an occupant load and code analysis. We designed a mechanical cooling and propane system, plumbing, power, and lighting while working to preserve historical elements of the architectural and interior design. A loading dock, outdoor walk-in cooler, silos and landscape and water features were introduced into the design.
In following years, INTEC provided the design for an outdoor pizza oven installation, kitchen expansion and outdoor patio with trellis structure.
Currently we are engaged to develop a masterplan that involves adding new buildings, connecting the agricultural areas of the site with the processing facilities, adding a gazebo for musical performances and other points of interest incorporated into an “eco-trail” that can serve functional but also an educational purposes on this site.
