This residential project is an addition and remodel of an existing one-story home with a walkout basement. The design introduces a two-story extension, seamlessly integrating new architecture with the original structure while maximizing views and natural light. The heart of the new design lies in a spacious, light-filled kitchen and eating area that open toward the rear of the property. These spaces were designed to foster everyday connection while offering views and easy access to a new screened deck. The living room has been reconfigured to improve circulation, enhance comfort, and better connect with the home’s new layout.
