May 2012 – URS hires INTECaec to perform the electrical design for HVAC upgrade renovation at SHA Westminster Maintenance and Vehicle Storage Buildings, Westminster, Maryland. Detailed demolition plans and cost estimates were prepared. Design included replacement of existing multizone split system AC unit that serves office areas, outdoor HV units serving the stock room and wash bay, sign storage room, various exhaust fans, HV units and ventilation in Garage, new vehicle reel exhaust system, removal of paint bay systems, new unit heaters and ventilation, new lighting for various areas, power for controls for new equipment and ventilation for relocated welding shop.
August 2013 – INTECaec submits final design documents for the Westminster project.
May to December 2014 – URS & INTECaec design temporary trailers to be utilized by SHA staff during construction. Construction begins, INTECaec responds to RFI’s and equipment submittals.
January 2015 – Construction continues, and should be completed in the next few months.
