INTEC was hired by JLL (for its client Potomac Center North) to revise the ventilation air and mechanical calculations and prepare updated construction documents for the remediation of HVAC deficiencies in the Media Center at 500 12th Street SW, in order to restore proper cooling and ventilation for the space. An update of the equipment requirements was also perfomed, to meet the latest energy codes.
